I hate not knowing where I am at when doing things. Is there anyway to check how close you are to the 16th mission.

Mmm, it looks like I can count through wallet transactions.
Is there another way?

You get a storyline mission if you have done 16 missions for certain faction? If the answer is yes, then that means you can do 16 missions of the same rank (e.g. level IV) with 16 different corporations of the same faction and you will get a storyline mission with the nearest agent. If that is TRUE, then the wallet transactions are not the best way to keep track.

There is not better way to track those things. I guess the best way would be for your to create a new folder where you will have files for different factions, and when you're doing missions, you would just increment the value there.

You could use a pen and bit of paper or even a pencil. Make a little mark on it every time you do a mission. When you get to the fifth mission draw a line through the previous 4 marks. It even remembers your mission total between play sessions as long as you don't tidy up.

If you look through your Standings, you will see a gain for every mission you do, If I recall, you might be able to view details to see the name of the mission.

Once you can monitor the mission names, you can count your missions and work out how far you are away from the SL one.

The SL and normal missions will most likely be on a wiki guide.

Not the best, one way to keep track.

I'll have to check through the standing to see if that is viable.
Pen and paper is a good call. I was already half way through and hadn't been keeping track, so I figured I would come to the forums and see if there was a direct way to check.

Open Standings, double click the faction icon you are running for to see the last faction boost and what it was for (Most likely your last storyline), note the date and time.

Next double click the corporation you are running missions for and find the time and date you ran the storyline, count the number of missions you have run since that time and subtract from 16.

This works only if you ran the storyline imediately after you got the offer, otherwise you need to subtract the mission(s) you were running when you got the offer.

use in game notepad and every mission you complete count up in a new row ???

eg
1
2
3
.. 16

Just a thought.. I don't bother tracking them myself..
