Buy Advertising Time on Bigscreen in CQ

I would love the capability to purchase advertising time on the bigscreen of the CQ.

This would let you purchase a "time slot", much like a manufacturing or research slot on a given station. At that time, all pilots in that station would see on their bigscreen your corp's recruitment advert, propaganda, contract or service offers...or even your own "public service announcements", CSM campaign push, or whatever you felt was important enough to pay to see on TV :)

You could possibly even be able to buy constellation-wide, or regional time slots from market hubs (at a higher price!).

I think this would greatly enhance immersion, while also providing what could be a fun and useful tool for capsuleers, corporations, and alliances.

I hope there are others out there that would like to see this!

The issue would be to approve all this player-made advertisement and then upload it to the game. It would probably use too much bandwidth and might in the end be undesirable.

You do realize its playing videos off of your hard drive, right?

Of course.

I'm not talking about video and stuff as yet (baby steps), but stuff similar to what you see in player bios or corp bulletins. Start simple. Not talking about superbowl commercials or anything.
