Any news yet on command ship bonus becoming on-grid only?

Will the long promised, system wide command ship bonus be nerfed in Rubicon in favour of on grid localisation? Please pretty please.

Command ships are not used enough as it is. If it became on grid only, I would get rid of mine. There would be no reason to have a fleet command ship.

Command ships would ALWAYS be primary target, and the entire rest of the fleet would have to be based on keeping it alive, which is pointless to bother even bringing a command ship.

I would LOVE it if people primaried my super tanked Damnation. Let them try chewing through my 300k+ ehp before repairs land!!! Twisted

The same as Ewar and Logi are always primary now?
