Is ICE mining like salvaging but with miners? I always wanted to mine electronics from my enemies' ships. I wonder why I never heard about this change...

I think he's using a dataminer to mine bitcoins, and is complaining that the Ice around the banks is too hard to crack to steal moar coins.

Aaah… Yes, that makes sense. Or not. Or well… it makes more sense than whatever it was the OP was talking about.
