WTB: Jump freighter pilot, any faction, minimum skills OK

In the market for a Jump Freighter pilot, any race of ship. Budget not a big issue, but I'm looking for a pilot focused on Jump Freighters. Must be able to climb into a JF and fly it; I will refine the skills myself. Please provide EveBoard (private password OK) and valuation (although that's just a rough baseline for me, I won't hold anyone to the valuation). I need security status for all Empire factions to be above -5; wallet zero (will not accept a negative wallet). Also will not accept a rediculous name.

Timeframe to purchase 24 hours to 3 weeks, so post serious offers here, and questions here or private mail (I prefer a posting here). All rules CCP apply.
