Nefantar Thrasher. Did the codes already get sent out?

With the Second Decade Collector's Edition it said if we pre-order it we get additional in-game items. I've already got my tattoo and implants but not the Nefantar Thrasher. Have the codes already been sent or are we getting them when the collector's edition comes out?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
