This is a good character for someone who wants to boost a mining fleet. None of the SP trained on this character can be considered "Waste" for an Orca pilot.

+Mining Director V for T2 ganglinks.
+Warfare Link Specialist V for better bonuses.
+Cybernetics 5 for the Mining Foreman Mindlink
+Industrial Command Ship 4
+Approximately 50K of Unallocated SP (No less than 50k)
