Incursion Mach skills - need help

Hey.

I've been doing HQ Incursions in my Mach with TVP. It's awesome, so I've decided I'm just going to train for them... but I'm not sure what else I should train... Here's my skills as they stand.

I'm training to use Tech II Projectile Artillery first, then I'm going to train Projectile Rigging to 3/4 so I have more powergrid on my ship...

After this I'm not sure what to train next . Targetting/Electronic/Navigation skills or get some more gunnery skills from 4 to 5?...


Any help is appreciated

why are you training projectile rigging? I've personally not seen a fit with projectile rigs on it.
hell, none of the TVP fits use projectile rigs.

I see a few people use Large Projectile Burst Aerators on their 1400 Machs in TvP. You see a lot with 1 thermal rig & 2 field extenders, or something along those lines. I feel the 2nd field extender is not necessity and instead go for a little added DPS with the burst aerator (I need it, since I'm still only using Tech 1 guns). I'm open to suggestions.

Battleship skills should be at least IV.
Autocannons?
Gunnery Supports all to V after that.
Sentry drones?
Cap skills to V
Advanced Weapons Upgrades V

A T2 damage rig is a nice boost to DPS, because it puts a higher bonus before stacking penalties hit.

Please don't train for a Mach we have such a massive influx of them as is. We need more Nightmares and Vindicators.

as said above, vindis and nightmares will get you more seats. also keep in mind the mach is the only pirate ship CCP has already said will get the nerf axe. both vindi and nightmare are expected to be used as the baseline for the balance, and the rattlesnake is expected to make BPC holders rich once prices normalize.

I could probably fly a Vindi already, just not with tech 2 guns. I wouldn't be quite so useful. I plan on training T2 Hybrids within the next 6 months. I've still got some core skills I want to train beforehand, however.

It's a shame the Mach is on the chopping block, I have a soft spot for Cartel ships, the Mach in particular :(

If It were me putting that kind of money In to a ship, I would set a goal for lvl 5's all around, or at least 4 in the mean time.

Find a fit, and get all fitting and module skills plus gunnery support skills to 5.

Paikis covered most stuff, however don't bother training t2 autocannons just use that time training blasters later.
Sentry drones are great to have on towers in hqs and when you everytually get a vindi being able to use 5 garde ii is a nice chunk of dps.

Long range targeting & signature analysis (lock range & lock speed),

Electronic warfare drone interfacing for that extra bit of drone control range,

Acceleration control to 4 / 5

You already appear to have most other useful skill at >lvl4

Also, do train controlled bursts to 5 when doing the blasters it'll help with cap a lot.

Burst aerators take up so much calibration, that you can basically only fit 1 T1 resist rig after that (its a 2 rig fit, not a 3 rig fit)

Also, T2 projectiles take more PG, add the rig penalties.. I'm not sure its going to fit without dropping a te or a heat sink to fit a reactor control or two.

EG-606 and genos make it pretty comfortable with decent skills
