Same issue here, either get "The server you are connecting to doesn't have a published update package" or the update gets to 15% and freezes depending on how my launcher feels. Running from exefile.exe works no better and the repair tool throws and error too.

Any workarounds would be greatly appreciated. .

No luck.Eve launcher fails and the repair tool errors with "Data package unavailable" under administrator settings.

Can anyone confirm if the server crashed or is it just not accepting previously unpatched client request?

I'm having the same issue except that it never even started to DL for me. Just went right into the error message.

update: mines now decided to patch via launcher but im not stuck like you lot at 15%

Mine is flipping back and forth between being stuck at 15% and saying:

Repair tool does not work. Opening exefile.exe manually and it downloaded an update but it just opens the patcher and this cycle resumes.

I have a character that's queue is now empty... where you at CCP?

I think stop trying is the best course of action, without any CCP suggestions to go on, i get the feeling trying over and over is only going to make it worse.

however i know people will, so if you find a fix before ccp admit there is one, share here plz!
