Hmm, maybe if the whole CFC was aware of this, we might be able to do something with it and the rule that has always existed

At least thats what was said when a "carebear" was scammed out of his stuff or anything else, now it effects the scammers.

Sure, CCP can totally change whatever they want. And indeed, people can go play other games. It worked so well ithe Incarna expansion, right?

This is true. It's also hypocritical, given that CCP has always emphasized (through trailers, press releases, and any/every form of media you can imagine) the fact that eve is a cold harsh universe where nobody can be trusted.

Except now, where anyone you falsely place trust in may be petitioned under ToS violation.
