Special offers on sign up from trial account?

When I signed up from my trial account a couple of weeks ago Eve offered a lot of free items for each racial group. But now, it looks like you don't get anything.

Did I just get lucky last time, or is there likely to be another special soon?

In particular, I got a 35 day skills booster last time.

It varies. If you don't get an email about a special offer, and no special offers show up in your account management screen, you don't qualify for anything. You can always petition to see if they will throw you a bone, but they've told me when I did that in the past that what you see is what they are offering and to check back later for another promo.

Just checked. No specials at this time. Guess that is why they call them special.
