So a few questions on the Navy Comet.

For solo PVP, are most of you using Blasters or Rails?

If Rails, 125's or 150's?

Lastly, it seems that a blaster fit would be best with a fully active setup where as the rail setup would be more conducive to a buffer approach. so my thoughts was;

blaster - dcu, eanm, Mag and AAR
Rail - dcu, 200plate, mag, and AAR.

Any input would be appreciated.

Second setup. AB, scram, web, Rails plus buffer plus rep. Think I have some with EANM rather than Magstab.

Fed Navy Comet: 150mm Rails:

Highs:
150mm Railgun II (x2)
[Empty High Slot]

Mids:
1mn Afterburner II
Faint Epsilon Warp Scrambler I
Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I

Lows:
Damage Control II
Small Ancillary Armour Repairer
200mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I
Magnetic Field Stabilizer II

Rigs:
Small Auxiliary Nano Pump I (x2)
Small Hybrid Collission Accelerator I

Drones:
Hobgoblin II (x6)

For the blaster fit, you'd simply swap the rails for neutrons.

I run both fits equally as much for solo. If I am planning on engagin primarily other frigates/destroyers, I will use rails because I can kite outside of most short range weapon ranges. If I'm planning on engaging cruisers, I will run blasters so I can pop drones quickly and orbit close without having tracking issues.

I wear my goggles at night.

Any spelling/grammatical errors come complimentary with my typing on a phone
