EVEMon Shows Less Skills

So the title pretty much sums it up.
I've no idea why, but EVE Mon is currently showing me as having way less skills than I already do. It's saying I only know about 32 skills whereas I have around 60-70 injected and levelled up somewhat.

Strangely, the balance and current training queue is functioning perfectly. It's just about 1.2 million skillpoints behind ( I only hve 4.2m total so this is a substantial difference)
