This character was sold on these forums 2 months ago for 1.7b, as you say character appraisal is 1.6b. I can't see where the 3x gtc for gametime is coming from, if you mean what you have used to sub this character with since you bought it then that is totally down to you and you cannot expect anyone to pay for your gametime.

If you ask me your a fool if you dont accept the 2b offered(and no its not my alt cos there is no way I would pay over 1.9b and that is being very generous tbh).

I'm out and good luck, your gonna need it at that price.
