Incarna needs to be worked on. One of you needs to get them drunk and then proceed to re-iterate the fact that incarna needs to be worked on.

Thanks.

Also ask: beam lasers now do more dps than pulse lasers except in some cases of gleam vs conflagration (less than 5% difference, and in some cases, less than 1% difference). Is this intended? I don't mind high-dps beams, but this would be a first for long range out dps-ing short range.

Yes it's intended. We thought for a while about whether the deviation from tradition was a problem but concluded that doing it this way will create a much better set of challenges for pilots to solve. The tracking and fitting difficulties of Beams make for good gameplay if and only if you provide a big enough reward for the effort expended overcoming them.

And it works the same way with different size of guns. 425mms do more damage at a longer range, dual 180mms have better tracking, more ammo capacity, lower fitting requirements.

Btw, I would like to bring your attention on T2 Torpedo launchers. The more I think about it, the more I end up with this conclusion :

Not many ships can fit those, as opposed to comparable turrets (800mm II, Neutrons II, Mega Pulses II).

So I'd like to see how many ships in EVE have T2 Torp Launchers fitted (and which ship has them), versus how many ships have other kinds of torp launchers fitted and which ship has them.

You could also do a Cruise vs Torps sort of thing. How many ships have Cruise Launchers fitted, how many have Torp launchers fitted ? Considering the very poor range Torps have (There is currently absolutly no range advantage over HAMs), I can probably predict the results.

please discuss missile rebalance please.. HAMS have same range as Torps why???? .. HAM javelin needs more dps too.

TD/TC/TE for missiles please
LM' s and Rockets need a range nerf and their explosion radius nerfed in exchange for a little damage buff

Also please discuss module tiercide please..
And please discuss making ABC's T2 please...

Also please discuss drones...

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

I have no problems with torp range the way it is. You could argue that unbonused range on Typhoon/Navy Scorp/Fleet Phoonis a little low, but I think it creates an interesting dynamic where those ships need to come close to do damage while the Raven variants and stealth bombers can sit further out.

Not every short range weapon system needs to hit out to 45km like pulses, basically. I would agree that the damage application is something that needs to be looked into though, even if that just means an overall damage boost to torps without touching the velocity/radius to push them towards an anti-BS/Capital role, which I think would work rather well since Cruises are pretty much an analogue to HML as the multipurpose missile of choice.

Id say hammer home Incarna and Planetary Interaction iteration onto CCP heads.
Or should I say, finish them in the first place.

Please read past CCP statements about Incarna if you think they are saying anything at all like "Soon". CCP has made it very clear for quite some time that Incarna is not being worked on, except for very small tweaks.

Since none of the other threads are suitable, how about adding more skills, a LOT more skills. There are quite a few dedicated PVP's that will run dry on skills to train in the very near future.

Edit - Just because CCP got Incarna wrong the first time doesn't mean they should spend the rest of time doing nothing but spaceships. After a decade stuck in pod goo I have a feeling quite a few pilots actually would like to stretch their legs in something a bit more fun than a closet.

Hello 2 step. Nice to meet you)
Actually I read every single summit notes. When was the last one? 1 year ago? maybe something has been changed since that time?) I hope so.

Can you get CCP to indicate whether their new 3 year roadmap includes anything for incarna? It would be nice to end the endless speculation.

When I first saw it I was so glued to tradition that my first thoughts were along the lines of blasphemy. But now that the box has been opened, i'll admit...it's kinda cool.
