I read the Info sheet on the Skiff Exhumer, and could not find any info on it's warp core strength. Anyone know where I can find that information if it's not on the Info sheet?

Uhhh... Anyone know what is the Skiff's warp core strength?

It's got no warp core strength bonus, so 0 same as most other ships

Edit: Bonus of 0, that is.

I thought all ships had a warp core strength of at least 1....

It's got whatever all other ships without an explicit listed warp core strength bonus have got. It has no bonus, hence why there's nothing listed in the info sheet.

I have always imagined every "standard" ship having warp str of 1, since they got warpdrives and can warp.
If its disrupted its 0 or lower, and it cant warp anymore.
If it has bonuses its higher than 1 and resists certain number of disrupts until it goes to 0 or lower.
But if its not mentioned on the front description tab of ship, its always 1.

Most ships in EVE: +1
Ships with bonus: +2

Warp disruptor: -1
Warp scrambler: -2

So:
1-1=0 -> can't warp
2-1=1 -> can warp
1-2=-1 -> can't warp
2-2=0 -> can't warp

Won't it be +3 with bonus in that case? Because the ships with bonus has +2 and not +1.

Once upon a time, the Skiff had a bonus of two points of warp core strength - IE: it could shrug off a standard warp scrambler or two standard warp disruptors (some faction or rarer scramblers are +3 strength). That got taken away with the mining barge rebalance; when the Venture mining frigate was introduced, it was given the +2 warp core strength.

That + means "positive". It doesn't mean "add".

I think the only mining ship that has a bonus to it is the venture with its +2. So you would need 2 scrams or 1 scram and 1 disruptor to catch it.

For clarity think of all ships as 0 strength.
0 or above = can warp
Below 0 = cannot

Disrupters do -1
Scrams -2
Rare/faction sometimes do -3

Warp stabs do +1

Happy warping!
