Since we can have up to three characters on one account, why not enable Triple Character Training, via PLEX payment.

I want to create 2 new alts, and have the money, but don't want to stop training on my main or create another account.

Please fix so we can give you more money.

There are technical problems with having more than two training at the same time, according to CCP.
But it is something they are looking at fixing in the future.
