Slight tweak to salvagers

I propose a small tweak to the salvager module, to bring it into line with tractor beams.

What I would like to see is only one salvager module being able to be activated on a wreck at a time.
My thinking behind this is, when I am out in my Noctis salvaging Level 4s, I often find I experience a small amount of client lag between when I click my next target and when the client responds to it. This means I often activate two salvagers on one wreck by mistake.

This is most likely due to my outdated PC, however having to wait an entire cycle before I can re purpose the module onto a different wreck is a small inconvenience.

I understand this tweak, somewhere along the line might mess somebody's day up so I wanted to post here and get some feedback.

There is actually a use to putting more than one salvager on a wreck. they have independent chances of slavaging it, so if you only have one wreck you could put 3 salvagers on it to get the job done faster.

You do make a valid point, I plan to upgrade my pc sometime soon anyway so hopefully that will fix the issue.
