I'm not sure you fully understand what that word means, because none of your adorable group of baddies were aggressed when we were there. Though I do want to thank you for the free guardian/pod kill, that was quite considerate of you.

I love how upset you guys are over a dc'd guardian loss. I mean, hell, you guys stopped aggressing and all docked when we jumped into system, just to lose one dude who's using cups and strings for an internet connection, and suddenly you're the best pvpers in the game. It's adorable!

I'm not mad at all, I got a free kill out of it. And why bother dropping on the undock when you were all docked up in station and would have stayed there playing station games for hours on end?

I'm glad to see that you can use a killboard. It's a shame you still haven't learned how to use pyfa.

You very clearly haven't looked at the fit in any fitting tool. I realize it must be hard to comprehend fits that aren't exclusively sourced from the cesspool that is battleclinic, but I think you should give it a try there champ. You might just find out that thinking for yourself doesn't hurt so much after all.

Oh I didn't know putting a smaller gun than normal on a cane is good. Thanks for informing.

Dark people who are this bad don't know how to fit standard guns you don't need to try explaining it, at this level of incompetence they can't learn.

Like I said, try plugging in the full fit before you spout off. If you had done that you would have found that by downsizing two of the six ACs to 180s from 220s, that you can run a medium neut instead of a small while only losing 10 dps and .15km + 1km range on the two guns.

So let's think here. How many ships are neuts useful against? Nearly all of them. How much harder am I neuting using a medium neut instead of a small? 180GJ/12s vs 54GJ/6s, or 72GJ/12s, with the added bonus of nearly double the range. This substantial increase in neuting power means that I can far more easily break tackle from a frig, turn off the tank of an active ship, etc, all for the sacrifice of only 10dps.

Since it should be obvious that having a medium neut is better than a small neut on the hurricane, let's discuss some other options we have to make this fit. First, we can simply throw in a +3% PGU implant in slot six, or use the Genolution set. Both of these options are quite good if you're operating in places you're likely to be podded, or you simply don't like expensive implants. If, however, you want to use a pirate implant set, these slots are already taken, so implants are no longer an option.

Next we can drop the MWD for an AB, which allows for the larger guns. In most situations, a MWD is preferable in HS PVP, since a lot of it is based on gates. In the specific killmail, I had equipped an AB since the guy who killed me had previously been using scrams. Since I wanted to keep up my speed against him to reduce incoming DPS, an AB was required. In general though, this hurricane fit is intended to be used with an Experimental 10MN MWD.

The next option is to downgrade the plate to an 800mm plate, which lowers the EHP by ~10k, from 68k to 58k. This is clearly a poor decision.

The final option is to swap one of the Trimarks for an ACR. Doing so drops the tank by ~6k EHP from 68k to 62k. Again, this is not a preferred option, but it is the most viable of the alternatives, assuming the implant slots are taken.

Here you can see that we're left with the decision of 6k less tank or 10 less dps. Personally, I'd rather have the extra tank than the DPS, even though it did little to help me in this specific situation.

See, had you simply stopped and thought about the fit and actually considered what you wanted to write before sperging, you just might have saved yourselves the embarrassment of looking like complete and utter fools in this thread.

I'm not mad at all. Quite the contrary, I'm thoroughly enjoying watching you make yourself look like a total downy, and all because you lost a guardian.

Please continue to scream and shout in this thread though, it's quite adorable.
