I use to hate scammers and the other kind of trash that you would encounter here in EVE but since I've spent enough time here I actually don't mind them because even though this is a game essentially the behavior is the same so it makes it easier to spot bull poopers a mile away.

Yea, class went to his office when it was under construction. Apparently, he called over her was coming to take a surprise inspection and they had to shut down the whole building site because he didn't want to wear a hard hat. He drove his car up a ramp into his office to take a look around.

On an unrelated note, people from my highschool may or may not have been told where he lived by someone who knew who he was and how he was screwing everyone over....

But my mum has a small self employed massage business she runs out there, so there's my little bit of helping the local economy. The bankers there still spend their earnings in Edinburgh, employ other friends of the family to decorate/desighn the interior of their homes ect.

Didn't think I meant that RBS directly bankrolled the local economy did you?... But yea, finance pumps this city, no question about it, just indirectly from people spending their earnings.

Its a small percentage yes, but that small bit is the difference between depression and a heartbeat in the current climate.

Don't like it, but realisticly that's the situation of the cities economy.
