Faction cruisers' and frigates' skill requirements...

It has recently come to my attention that these two groups of ships have their racial sip prerequisite still set to level II, whereas faction battleships have theirs set to I.

Now I'm aware nobody in their right mind would sit in one of these at skill levels less than at least IV, but for the sake of consistency I feel these skill prereqs should be set to the same skill level regardless of ship class.

TBH I'm almost certain faction cruisers and frigates were just forgotten when the global skill revamp happened.

All Navy battleships now require racial BS 2, not 1. If anything, the new Navy battlecruisers need to have their requirements raised to 2 as well so the requirements for all Navy ships match.

Navy faction BS need level II. Pirate faction BS need level I.

In comparison, both navy and pirate faction cruisers and frigates need their racial skills at II.

I should've probably been clearer on what exactly the situation right now (as of one minute ago) is, but my point still stands. Either set them all to requiring level I OR level II, not the mishmash it currently is.

Also, I didn't think to check navy BCs, so yes, these should be adapted to whichever decision is made.

And TBH, I'd be fine with having all their requirements set to I, it would certainly be more sensible that way, seeing as CCP removed ship tiers.
