I know what is missing from most gate camps these days, something that is used in a wide variety of sports and events.

ENTRANCE MUSIC!

Give us the ability to have the gate on the other side play our theme song when we jump, YOU WON'T EVEN NEED TO FIX GATE FLASH NOISES!

Pump that Ride of the Valkyries when you leeroy in to that 30 man gate camp in your drake!

(Record scratch upon death optional)

I love it. copyright nightmare though.....

You could get around it by "programming" musical notes into anchorable boomboxes, like we used to have to do with phones.

Music is set to 0 on my client. Only you would hear your music and I do not really care for what you listen to. For all I care could you listen to your operas while sitting docked at a station.

It is not an opinion, but a fact. My comment is then as important as you make it.

Nobody will ever listen to your music when they have the option to turn it off. Instead, if it was possible to stream audio to other players will it get abused to play the worst crap you can imagine (and all that you cannot imagine).

Maybe you could allow this through some limited option of the in-game voice comms (yeah, they do exist).

I am quite happy, thank you. It is the OP who needs to lighten up. He will not see his idea as for what it is before then.
