I understand the idea behind the Super cap nerf against sub caps

But, to be honest, I think that battleships should be the exception the Doomsday and Fighter nerf. Battleships are the biggest and slowest of the sub caps, and I think a frig sized fighter should have no trouble against the battleships. Also, why can't a Titan's doomsday murder the opposing fleet's F.C. and his battleship? It makes for good strategy if you already know who they are. For example, if Chribba was a dedicated FC for a major alliance, and all he did was lead fleets against another alliance in particular, a Titan pilot should be able to recognize his ship and doomsday his BS.

Granted, I know Chribba has all 4 racial titans, which he uses to mine for, but the point remains valid and it is also just an example.



So, please C.C.P, make the BS the exception to the fighters and doomsday nerf.

It's more that I thing, above all fighters are absolutely fine as is and don't need anything. But since when couldn't something hit the domi better than the broad side of a barn?

They retracted the fighter (sig res) nerf, so fighters should still eat battleships. As for the DD on BS, I don't think it really matters either way (the abusive DD use was on logistics and command ships).

They really need to announce this better, I've educated quite a few people about it recently. Though it is fun telling them after letting them rant and scream for 10 minutes.
