I will be paying the transfer cost.

This toons ISK balance will be zero (0 ISK) when transfered.

I am not yet in an NPC corp but will be before the transfer takes place.

Looking for a starting bid of 4.1Bil OBO. I'll leave this auction open for the month of August 2013. I reserve the right to end the auction and start the transfer at any time I see fit within the month.

This toon is currently docked in Dodixie, If the price is good I will move him to any station within high sec space before starting the transfer.

This toon has no kill rights and no implants, he's a very boring guy.

I will offer 3b for this mixed bag.

Only thing he's good for is JF, and even then some important skills are missing. No implants. No remaps... As you say, a boring guy. Offer stands for today.
