first low in missile skills (need LOTS of work here)
second one low shield skills (shield management and energy management MUST be V, it's core standart)

By the time my Auction runs out the HAMs will be T2 ... no worries there.
My base skills are rock solid ...

not talking about missile skills... look at certificates ... all core skills elite ... 2 weeks and you've got all missile support at 4 madam
