Just tried a bunch of permutations and your seriously scientific single test does not seem to be reproducible .. only by searching for "Eve + Isk" did I get the result you mention as #1.

Failing at Eve is one thing, but failing at Googling .. don't even think there is any help for that.

Google has dynamic search results based on your searching patterns and other demographics.

You may also see advertisements for Isk sellers above the search results (This is, I believe, what you saw in your search results.), Only way CCP could stop that would be to send a legal notice to Google demanding they remove them. There's a... stretch... of a justification in that the ISK Sellers could technically be considered as breaking the EULA and thus using a circumvention device (a keyboard) to bypass digital security methods (the login screen) without permission...

But that would be a huge stretch. Interesting legal fight, though. Think Blizzard won something against people running bots in WOW with similar justification -- pity CCP actually encourages Ice Miner Bots in EVE nowadays.


As an aside, one of the advertisement links will take you to a fake Eve Online official site that will steal your account information. Practice safe browsing, pubbies.

To me, searching for eve + isk its mean to the Industrial Sized Knowledgebase. Bad to you that you are failing at everything...

thanks for alerting as to this bad, bad site.

having its name quoted on eveonline.com will probably increase its visibility in search results.

(they also fail at maths and offer me 1% discount when I shouldn't be eligible for any discount according to the pricing scheme)
