Game goes straight to Character Create screen

Hi,

I recently started playing, but when I launch the game, my character does not come up to select, it goes immediately to the character creation screen. I'm playing the game on Steam, if that makes any difference.

You might be able to find something similar in this section of the forums.
Sadly i cant give you more advice then that beyond maybe un installing and reinstalling the game and see if it makes a difference?

Are you logging in with the same account that you had used previously?
