Best system to run lvl 4's in a laser boat?

I am returning to my Amarr roots and really want to go back to laser ships but I am not super familiar with running level 4's.
I am looking for a good system for and a Laser Battle Ship to run missions in... couple days out from lvl 2 med beams/pulses so I could also fly a legion if need be. Once I have more cash built up I can also fly a Nightmare.

And use that while I lvl large beams too lvl 2 which is like 30 days ish.

Shuria is the best system. 2 agent lv4 and another one in the next system.

Buy a BS. Do not waste your time with a T3 for l4.

Oh and, faction tachyon for your nightmare <3

Imperial navy, been doing l4 with them. Never have an issue.

Sasoutikh has two Level 4 agents in the same station, one of which is very high. :)

How to find a good high-sec mission system:
1.) Use your agent finder and see which agents you have access to.
2.) Then check each system how well connected these are - open the map, select stars by security and hold your mouse over the system. You will see all the systems flash up within 2 jumps range. If there are now low-sec systems nearby will most mission systems be in high-sec.
3.) The lower the security status the higher the rewards can get (on average).

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

Speaking of that, avoid the Level IV agent in Gamis (Derelik). Gives about 85% Low Sec Missions.
