Accepting courier contracts on behalf of my corporation

So I have a problem,

I accepted a courier contract on behalf of my corp (I am CEO) and my friend wanted to do the contract for the corp so I said "Ok go do it then" but he couldn't pickup the delivery box. He could see it and everything but it denied him access to putting it on his ship. Thank you in advance for answering but my question is, what role must he have to be able to do these contracts? I'm not too 100% on this, have you given him Hangar access?.

I'm not too 100% on this, have you given him Hangar access?.


Their is no specific hangar access role i can give to him, I can only give him Divisional access but let me try it.....

Their is no specific hangar access role i can give to him, I can only give him Divisional access but let me try it.....


Each Query and Take role has three varieties, Headquarters, Based At, and Other. Headquarters allows them access to only the selected hangars at the corp HQ, Based At allows access to the selected hangars where the pilot is listed as being based at, and Other allows access to selected hangars in all offices that do not fall under either Based at or HQ.

Accounting (Divisional) is just for the wallet access

I am sorry to say that none of these seem to work. All he needs to be able to do is to access the Delivery hangar. He can see things their but may not take them. Hmmmmmmm...... this is a strange problem.

Are you accessing the correct place?. He has 'query' access, you need to grant him 'take' access.

I think he will need the Trader role to access market delivery boxes.
