Market order input lag

Was just reading some blogs as every day and stumpled upon this post:
More on Input Lag

tl;dr version: sometimes when putting in price for market order the input lags and then numbers and commas get switched around by the client which can result in heavy loss for the trader if he doesn't realise it before hitting enter.

First of all i must say it's some bullshit that CCP hasn't reimbursed him. It's a well known bug. I've lost billions to it before aswell and was told by GM that it can be petitioned.

Ideas how to improve this situation:

1. make it so as MoxNix suggests in his blog post that if the price overshoots the order gets filled at lowest sell order price. Makes no friggin sense that any sane trader would want to put a buy order higher then that anyway. Or make it like the safety switch for weapons that no buy orders can be placed above sell orders
2. make large numbers better readable in the input window, for instance put dots automaticly every 3 digits so it's easier to spot when numbers and commas are switched by the client.
3. remove a zero from current prices. Due to inflation numbers get bigger and bigger. removing a zero would also help to make prices better readable
