I'm looking for a ship to do sansha hubs in and possibly forsaken hubs, if my skills are good enough to do them.
Most of my gunnery support skills are around 4 and I have gunnery and weapon upgrades at 5. Hull upgrades to 5, as well as mechanics and electronics. I'm trained up to battleship in Minmitar, Gallante and Amarr (and can use t1 of each of their races turrets).

At the moment I am using a meta 4 harbinger , which has a pretty bad tank (yes it is a harbinger..) and does about 400dps with my skills, however I can only do a port maximum, anything else I have to keep warping out.

I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions for what I could use (or train for but preferably use). People suggest drone boats to me, and I can use gallante and amarr t2 medium and light drones, but I never seem to get enough DPS to be able to do the sites quickly, (useful in 0.0).

Any suggestions?

EDIT: My harby fit is:

[High Slots]
8x Focused Modulated Medium Energy Beam I (I THINK.. will change when i'm back from work..)
[Med-Slots]
3x Cap recharger II
1 x 10mn Experimental Microwarpdrive I
[Low-Slots]
1 x Armor Thermic Hardener II
1 x Medium Armor Repairer II
1 x Armor EM Hardener II
1 x Damage Control II
2 x Heat Sink II
[Rigs]
3 x Capacitor Control Circuit I

The standard apocalypse works wonder for me. I'm not at home so can't link the fit but its a pretty standard one (Pulse, CCCs, cap recharcher, AB, em/therm resist, repper

and if you want to not be cap stable / as you get comfortable with the ship, replace CCC with dps rigs. Also the AB can be replaced for a TC. Key thing is to be able to hit things decently at 50km (where the sansha BS orbits at).

It works well even without T2 guns, just carry faction multi, UV, standard.

EDIT: forgot to mention that I mostly do forsaken hubs with it. Its not a pricey setup at all so you wont be a super juicy target :P (if you're in a null pocket with nothing but blues, pimp the fit / get the navy version as you see fit)

Last time I was in Sansha anomalies, they had a nasty habit of wiping out your turrets' optimal ranges with tracking disruptors, which they'd hit you with from anywhere out to 60 km or so. I ultimately went with a sniping Oracle fit - meta-4 tachyons, light armor tank - and just tried my best to hit them from outside TD range.

It worked right up until I got ganked by a black ops drop.
