Character Transfer?

I was just wondering if the Character Transfer system could be used to infiltrate a corp or would this be against the EULA?

A character to be transferred has to be in NPC corp, so you'd have to buy the character then apply to the corp you're trying to infiltrate and hope they're careless enough not to check properly.
