Is there a way of turning off those pop-up ghostly/chastly graphics of the Planetary Interaction structures when they are selected?

Yes, they are pretty but since I am not able to recognise the structure from the ghostly blue image they serve no purpose to me whatsoever and, to be honest, they just get in the way.

Is there any way of turning them off, or is this swrich behind That Door in Captain's Quarters?

This would be awesome if it was possible, prolly its not. This and many many games have way too much useless eyecandy.

Thanks, there's so much tidying up required with the PI and this is one that is required straight away.

I will open a Suggestions thread.

The pop up window tells you what structure you have selected......as if you didn't know already.

Yet another utterly useless user complaint.

I support this. It annoys me sometime that the holograms are in the way of other stuff, for example:
- routing materials to structures. Doing 40+ routes and then seeing that you forgot 1 route because you didn't notice it under the buildings hologram.
