So i heard that null-sec provides some decent isk returns from explorations but i was wondering do you need like Hacking V to break stuff in there or you can get away with IV? Also anyone got any ideea if the cosmic signatures spawn from one system to another or they are more spread apart like 1-2 in 3-5 systems apart

Reports are that you'll lose some cans with skills at 4, but it's still workable.

As for spawns: you'll get tired of hearing this, but it's random. You might find a system with a dozen sigs and then several with none. Or they might be spread out. Or something in between. It all depends.

hacking V let you use T2 hacking mod.
in nullsec some restoration node and suppressors may cause troubles.

hacking IV is OK, lv 5 make life easier.

if you have no further skills to train, live in nullsec and do hacking daily, lv 5 is worth to train.
