Q&A Covert Cyno / Covert Jump Portal Gen

K, its been a while since i looked at BLOPs, there have been some changes within that time, and ive never used one myself..

Questions:

1- can t3 ships be jumped using a covert jump bridge?

2- can covert cynos still be used in cyno jammed systems?
(can u jump/bridge to them?)

3- when a caldari cov ops jumps via a covert jump portal on an amarr blackops, what fuel is needed?
(im assuming amarr isotopes, is this correct?)

1 - yes, as long as the t3 is covert-sub fitted.

2 - yes, i think so.

3 - the bops always uses its own racial fuel, regardless of what ships you bridge. so in this case helium isotopes for redeemer.

Everything using a Cov Ops Cloaking device, thus your T3 must be Cov Ops fitted or at least have that sub active.

Indeed it's the whole point of Black Ops and covert cyno able ships. Precedent rules apply also.

No further fuel is needed than the Blops racial one, of course your mates need to understand they don't get at your Blops MWD on and hit "jump", just kill them if they do that Lol (doing this increases exponentially fuel consumption)

Before you try doing important stuff with your blops, try it out in quiet low sec systems.
See how much fuel your team mates burn at each jump, always bring 1 or 2 trucks of fuel (Blockade runners)
If your Blops is bridging cheaper ships only fit cargo expanders and cargo rigs
