Small fix in PI interface

Hey there,
Small problem in PI: the size of some building management windows is fixed (for example the launchpad). This fixed size is OK in most cases but when long-name products come in play (like Genetically Improved Livestock) the info don't fit the window anymore.
Could these windows be made adjustable by the user?
Additionally a possibility to navigate between planets inside the "planet mode" ("next" and "previous" button maybe?), instead of having to leave the planet mode and open the Science tab again, would be a convenient thing.
