Well, the game hasn't fundamentally changed, so it's still going to depend on what kind of lifestyle you find appealing. High-sec indy-mining? Low-Sec fight-picking? Null-Sec empire-building? Wormhole um... worm-holing?

The changes are all disparate and scattered, not very huge, no game-changers. A rundown would be long and tedious, and wouldn't be very good for guidance.

So how bouts you narrow it down for us first?

Thanks for your reply. I have always liked the idea of cov ops and maybe logistics.

After I have got myself sorted and back into the game ideally I would like to find a corp have some fun in null sec, wormholes or where ever it takes me, but I think cov ops and logistics is what appeals to me most

I would suggest that you look into WH space.
Allows you to make decent ISK, can easily get a break in empire if you want to, scanners are always appreciated. Can be an interesting challenge for you Smile

Welcome back btw Big smile

Cov Ops and Logi are in high demand in Null-Sec. Too bad you didn't get back in a little earlier, maybe you'd get to catch this year's big war that's going on. But maybe it's not too late. Lots of cov ops work, lots of bombers, and of course tons of logi.

One thing that might be new for you is that there's T1 logi cruisers. So you can get in on that right now, no need to train up the Logistics skill. They're cheap, and powerful. Also, I think black ops has received a minor buff, but if you haven't done that before then there's nothing worth going into details over.

A lot of people talk disparagingly about Null-sec Sov life and warfare and politics, but it's pretty cool. It has it's issues, big time, but I like it a lot.
