Faction WCS with more point strenght

In the long forgotten memory of the scram en disr buff these things where fogottten. The use of WCS has become obsolete:

I think its appropiate to ether reduce side affects of WCs or buff faction ones like tje scrams got buffed

If relativity equals time plus momentum, what equals relativity, if the momentum is minus to the time?

Lolno WCS are already good as they are.
