I have gotten used to it and now quite like it after i set it as 0s delay on right mouse button.
its nice that the buttons are always in same place.

But i was wondering if there is some way to do these 2 things:
1) Make the radial menu smaller, i find it being needleslee large
2)incrase the max range for actions. For some reason it allows only 0-30km not 0-100km like normal right click

This is so win because:

1) Noone uses their overview as their primary info/selection screen
2) Even less people click in space to arrange their view in a fight so they know which direction they need to travel in. Infact, just role some random probability of my success in a fight and let me know if I win or not....definitely don't need to see visuals.
3) And having the radial on every goddmned object in space could no way be a hindrance
4) That even if you come off it when inadvertently activated that it still selects an unwanted action could in no way be intrusive or a PITA

So, yeah, my vote is lets make it bigger, have it activate on space itself and lets not even wait for user input....just have the thing activated all the time for everything it can be used on to coverup the few inches of remaining visuals/space that I didn't need to place another window on top of.

A better idea....stop rendering graphics and just give me a spreadsheet to play the game.

Really don't use te radial menu, still right click.

I set it to Extra Mouse Button 1.

The jokes on them, I dont have an 'Extra Mouse Button 1'.

I also prefer to be on right mouse button with very little delay (though not 0)

And now I find myself wanting it on more things! :D

Same here, kept getting the radial popping up when trying to do other things.

It gets in my way. I wish I could turn it off.

You can.

Set the delay to as long as possible and reassign the key to something like mouse 4 or whatever.

And you'll never see the radial menu again.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.
