I suggest re-examining just what it means for something to be T2 or Faction. To make it crystal clear my pitfaced friend, you cannot have both for the same ship.

If you were to have the ability to take a pirate faction BS BPC and invent a pirate BlOps BS I suppose that wouldn't be too bad. Ungodly expensive because of the fail rate and the bil isk BPC price. It would be a T2 ship with more pirate racial bonuses instead of the current ones. tbh that would be fantastic.
