Hi, everyone.

Sorry to post this here, but I found no better place.

My question is: Does a petition sent in a deactivated account (because I have the option, the petition is still open) is answered aswell? I suppose it would not be high in the priority list, but I wander if it will be answered at all.

As loing as that account has a valid email address, yes, it'll get answered.

No, your rights end in optimal+2*falloff
