Question about GTCs

So, I've been wondering about GTCs - are you able to go and turn two PLEX into a GTC, and then sell the GTC on Ebay? I've read everywhere that ISK transfer and selling PLEX for RL cash is illegal, but I haven't heard about selling GTCs.

If you could convert PLEX into GTCs with the intent of selling the GTC it would still count as real money trading, because you'd ultimately be exchanging ingame ISK or PLEX (property of CCP) into real cash, which will get you banned. AFAIK the only people allowed to sell GTCs are authorised resellers.

Selling GTC's outside of the designated subforum for that can, and will get you banned. Especially if it's RMT.

You cannot convert PLEX to a GTC.

No, you can't turn PLEX into GTC.
No, you are NOT allowed to sell anything IN GAME for real life money. Period.

You can't reverse the process for turning GTC's into PLEX.

Cool, just curious. And no, definitely not an RMT alt. This is a new character that I've switched to, but I've played for 6 years or so now? Not really interested in losing that to something illegal - hence my question.

So you should know that any selling of in game items for real life cash is not allowed and gets you banned. As clearly stated in the EULA.

Considering that I played the game for 6 years without it ever being a consideration, and ALSO considering it was a topic that I had never really heard about - no, I didn't know. Hence, my question. Thanks for your sarcasm though. Definitely beneficial.
