Alright so I have a few questions. I'm running a shield machariel for angel anoms, and I was wondering what the best set-up for the resistance mods would be. EVEhq gives me more tankable dps when I have 1 Adaptive and 1 explosive, but would it be better to run with 2 adaptives?

I'd go 2x invulns, even if the average damage of Angel rats tends more towards the explosive. Cherubims and Seraphims are the biggest threat in anoms, and those don't shoot a lot of explosive.

I'm pretty sure those CCCs aren't needed and you can drop those for more useful rigs.

I run two rat specific Pith A-type hardeners. Works just fine for me and they aren't that pricey.
Although if you're dealing with high bounty Angel BS rats, the two invuls might be best since they can shoot EM and Thermal too.
Personally, I would drop a CCC for an EM rig.

Don't bother with tracking enhancers beyond T2... compare Republic Fleet / Domination TE's with T2 TE's. They only have .5% more tracking. The optimal and falloff remain the same. I forgot if there are any CPU differences but if there are, it's insignificant - you can fit everything either way.

Updated the fit as per suggestions. I removed the AB because I'm warping to anoms at 0 and I find that I don't use the AB nor am I seeing a huge difference in incoming damage for when its off/on...so I replaced it with a Cap recharger (may go double SBA)

You should keep the Afterburner for range control, the Machariels main selling point is that it's fast and you can close the distance in order to minimize damage loss to falloff.

My pve mach has 80% across the board in shields I don't have a booster amp though. In my rigs I have a tracking, rof and a thermal rig. I fit my ships for the unexpected to happen.

Yeah they are largely thermal and they hit hard.
