A (relatively) simple way to incorporate EVR into EVE?

Okay so we've all seen EVR at E3 and can agree on one thing: it's awesome.
The next question is, if this were to be included into the EVE universe, how?
Firstly the strategic basics... Adding EVR would be just like any other new feature: add a skillbook and a module.

Skillbook:

Networked Telepathy

The skill of remotely controlling and sharing the mind of a fighter or fighterbomber pilot.

Grants +1 slot per level to assign a fighter or fighter bomber to any ingame character (to a maximum of 5 assigned fighters or fighterbombers to different characters).

Requirements:

-Fighters I
-Informorph Psychology V
-(anything else?)

So essentially the telepathy skill allows you to extend an invititation to an ingame pilot to assume control of a fighter or fighter bomber. When you invite someone (must be undocked but they don't require the telepathy skill, thus allowing newbies to take part in capital warfare) to control the fighter a pop-up window appears on their screen:

"BiggestT has invited you to assume control of his Templar. Would you like to proceed?

WARNING: Choosing yes will minimise the EVE client and launch EVR. Your ship will remain in space and is vulnerable to attack. If you do not have EVR hardware installed on your system, the invitiation will fail."

But not just any pilot can assign fighters willy nilly no sir! You must be in an undocked carrier/super carrier with the following active highslot module installed:

Networked Telepathic Control Unit

Allows the user to assign fighters or fighter bombers belonging to the user's carrier or super carrier, assigning up to a maximum of five fighters and/or fighter bombers

Note: Can only fit one module of this type per ship. Can only be fit to carriers. EVR and associated hardware required for use.

Warning: Cannot be used if time dilation is affecting the current ship.

Fitting:

50 CPU
1000 Powergrid (or whatever)

So now we have the method and the process to implement EVR into EVE.
The next step of course is actually having the means to connect EVR and EVE together on the tranquility server, a much more difficult task!

I would love to see something like this in the next few years when EVR gets more accesible and developed.
