Planetary with a corporation

Hi folks. I have a noob question about planetary interaction on a corp level.

A friend of mine got me into this game about a month ago (loving it too I might add).

He only started recently as well and we both have playing times that overlap but mostly I am on a lot more.

We are both wondering if we start a corp, will we be able to access each others planetary installations so we can maintain each others assets when the other is not on? Such as, haul his p1 item to his other installation or set the extractors to cycle again.

P.I. stuff is character based.

Only way to exchange the products is if he hauls them to a station and trnsfers them too you so you can use them or if you guys open an office at a station and use the corporation hangars.

May I suggest one thing.

I would recommend just contracting it over and join a sttled corporation instead of creating a 2 man corp.

why, because you are both quite new and thus could use some other (older) people around that can help you with questions and learning the mechanics around EVE.

You can always eventually make your own corporation if you really want to, but keep in mind that having help specially early in game will benefit you a lot.
