Unless CCP nerf the self destruct insurance payout, its still possible to suicide gank and get paid, you just need a little timing. Idea

It all depends whether getting shot by concord triggers a flag that nullifies insurance payout, or if concord has to score the actual kill to nullify insurance payout.

If it's the latter, then things just got very interesting.
