So there's a rumour goin' round that Concord insurance on ganks is void. Way, way past due imo.

Been watching forum raging for a long time against the miners, they've been getting K/O'd and told to HTFU and grow some and all sorts of ****. Even with the alleged change, it is still going to be a 200m loss to a miner on a gank, because ganking has NOT been made illegal and Concord has not been buffed.

There's even been a whole lotta ranting about CCP going soft boo hoo, waa, waa.

And that's just plain crap because CCP went and got TOUGHER. ON GANKERS. Now it's the gankers who have to THINK and FLY PROPERLY - just like they been telling miners to do for ohhhhhhhh so long.

So to all gankers out there - DITTO

I haven't seen any tears from gankers. I think you're seeing what you want to see but you're going to be really disappointed next time you undock your hulk and think you're safe just because there's no insurance payouts for gankers.

I have already unsubscribed all of my accounts in response to this change. If CCP expects me to shell out six million ISK for a gank Thorax and not get most of it back from insurance, they can find someone else to pay their salaries. I'm done with this bullshit game. Enjoy your newfound absolute safety.

As EVE is a sandbox, concord should be restricted to 1.0 space and newbie systems. Law enforcement outside those systems should fall to faction navies. The premise of concord acting as the unbeatable military police in all space above 0.4 is contrary to the premise of a sandbox, especially a sandbox called eve.

The funniest part of this whole thing is all the posts on both sides portraying this change as if it actually matters in the grand scheme.
