Not just hi texture pack but also hi polygon models. EVE is not multi-platform game so it is not restricted by console HW bottleneck. We have multi-monitor setups, some of us have already 4K displays, crossfire/SLI cards and tones of CPU/GPU/RAM power.

Really is time for this, that's the beauty of the PC, flexibility for different hardware. Plus most pc gamers I know have fairly modern GPU'S. Any more news on this CCP?

I have a new GFX card now with 3 GB of vRAM. Would be nice to have that hi res texture pack.

Surely 86 pages is enough to give us an indication whether this is likely to become a reality, and a timeframe if that is the case.
