I can see how that sounded like a troll, but it sincerely sounds like you've been the victim of some great lose. Maybe you should try putting command ships in you queue. I too forgot to upgrade my med clone because of some one other than myself and was podded, causing me to lose my single level of Command Ships. However, upon putting it in the queue, it trained as normal.

Perhaps you could provide a screen shot of the situation, so that I can help you more effectively?

I love 'BRABODEN' I mean they may be utterly garbage at the game, one look at eve-kill can confirm that. But nobody can deny that they possess advanced trolling capabilities, I mean no person on the face of the planet can actually be this stupid for real can they? I had a good chuckle at the their thread about the 'Caldari conspiracy' based around the new buffed Raven and now this is providing much entertainment as well.

Also I second Tippia's request for photographic evidence on the off chance it actually exists.

The funniest thing is when CCP realizes they lose people and accounts behind them and make real expansions. They think by making one expansion and then one almost nice and then fraking us they will retain customers and if not then they will make another expansion and we will return. Thats the funniest thing. After that shisht they need to make two expansions to return us and both have to be of quality of Crucible. You think we're cheap shirts, then here you go, we're not.
