Eve UI likes to give you information after you need it.

I've noticed this about quite a lot of things in the game. The Eve UI only gives you the information you need after you need the information to make a decision. Two examples:

(1) I go to modify a sell order and only after I've typed the numbers in and hit submit am I told that the time limit since the last one hasn't yet expired.

(2) I right click a BPC and select manufacture, choose the assembly array, choose the number of runs, OK the next window and only then am I told I'm up to maximum skil level for the number of jobs.

etc. Now in instances like this I *could* know, but in UI design, reducing the cognitive burden on the user is often thought to be a good, rather than a bad thing. So wouldn't it be nice if Eve was a little more proactive in fetching these techty little details for you and telling you before you've clicked, typed, clicked and clicked.
